Privacy policies and terms for Benosso apps

These Terms govern use of the Benosso Telegram Notifier application (“the App”), provided by Benosso İnternet Yazılım İthalat İhracat Ticaret ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“Benosso”), a company registered in Türkiye (tax no. 1640774681), benosso.com, support@benosso.com. By installing or using the App, the store owner (“the Merchant”) agrees to these Terms.
The App sends a Telegram message to the Merchant’s own chat or channel when a new order is placed on their Wix store, so the Merchant sees the order without watching the dashboard.
Messages are delivered through the Merchant’s own Telegram bot token and chat id. The Merchant is responsible for creating and keeping that bot, and for who has access to the chat the notifications are sent to.
The App notifies the Merchant, not their customers. Order details shown in the message (order number, customer name, total) are the Merchant’s own data; the Merchant is responsible for the confidentiality of the chat where they receive them.
The App is provided “as is”. Delivery depends on Telegram’s own service. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of every message.
The App must not be used for unlawful purposes or to process data the Merchant has no right to process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benosso is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost sales, revenue or data. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.
The Merchant may uninstall the App at any time; its settings are removed with it. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
